Viet Nam’s seaports handled an estimated more than 689 million tonnes of cargo this year, up 4 per cent annually, reported the Viet Nam Maritime Administration.
The maritime sector is leaving no stone unturned in efforts to reduce
the number of Vietnamese vessels detained at foreign ports and thereby
take Viet Nam off international maritime blacklists.
